Objective

Dissemination of guiding principles and national action plans.

Workpackage description

In order to disseminate the achieved results (good practice examples, guidelines), but also to strengthen national and European networks, and to transfer the guiding principles into concrete action plans for different professions and target groups, a European conference will be conducted in June 2010 in Vienna.

To this conference the national network participants of each beneficiary as well as members of already established European Networks will be invited. A minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 participants from different institutions in each country are expected.

During the conference

• leaders of the workpackages will present their specific work package results
• participating countries will present their established networks, their good practice results and further steps
• different workshops will be held in order to initiate and facilitate transfer of results into concrete action plans.

After the conference a conference report will be prepared.
